The Islamic Radio and Television Union with the goal of coordination try to settle a systematic information system; in order to grow at information and communications world, and also more information coverage in the world.
Human, s life has two dimensions: first dimension is insights, conceptions and desires and the other one is performances, behaviors and functions. If we want to define the culture we should say that it is consisted of some functions and insights which passed on from one generation to next ones in societies. So based on the definition, religious culture is defined as some insights, behaviors, values and customs which passed on from one generation to next ones in societies to uplift human and causes to be worshiped God, s commands by the human. Monotheism religion which developed by Abraham and His family is criterion on cultural limitations and beauties in different societies. So religious culture as a cultural characteristic guides people toward creation, s goal. The religion should be published to get acquainted by people so that religious culture published; and the mass media can publish the messages to many people.
Achievement of religious culture to be influenced by date and place conditions, as the God says "Every day He is engaged in some work"(alrahman/29) and believers who have divine morality should try to go forward based on the date and use all new facilities to issue God messages. Based on technological fields, today, mass media have been developed and based on Toffler, s said on his book The Third Wave ‘information revolution has been occurred and we have been surrounded by information’ since all societies go to updating. So if we cannot produce information today, we fall behind and condemned to imitation. This matter influences life insight of people, especially, our insight which is religious insight. If we cannot produce pure information for addressees, they receive false information which is like pure ones.
Having informative societies and use of this situation by despotic rule autocracy has been made to be produced mass information by themselves for their material and colonial policies. In the world village and informative society, cultural alternation done based on information production, and if any culture cannot produce more proper and significant information will be condemned to failure and imitation from others. Repel of propagandistic and cultural invasion will not be performed except by doing the best in use of complete and significant culture at information production.
Today, despotic rule autocracies try to be hated and isolated the Islam messages and Moslem societies in public thoughts at fields such as Islam fighting, Islam phobia and making false illustration, so it is necessary to all Moslems and Islamic government to make manifest the Islam significant universality more and more by use of new technologies in communicative interaction with people in the world.

Based on these necessities the Islamic Radio and Television Union, s Website has been initiated its activities; in order to make a coordination among members along with Union, s goal and explain members duties at every time and place. It hopes to be an important movement for making an Islamic united nation and the 12th Imam, s society; and we shall see hasty appearance of the 12th imam (the God makes haste his appearance).
