International Festival of Hadith of Resistance
Alkawthar Universal Network in collaboration with Alminar Channel and participation of Union of Islamic Radios and TVs holds the International Festival of Hadith of Resistance in order to promulgate the resistance culture, appreciate the producers of anti-Zionist documentaries, create an interaction between the domestic documentary producers and the foreign ones to develop sense of creativity among the artists.
Deadline to Submit the Works: December 21, 2009
Venue and the Time of Closing Ceremony: Lebanon/Beirut – February 19, 2010 Concurrent with the anniversary of Victorious Resistance of Gazan People

To the Best Work about the Subject of the Festival
D. Musical Clips Section:
To the First, Second, and Third Chosen Works
Trophies of the Special Section:
A. Special Trophy of Union of Islamic Radios and TVs to the Best Medium Patronizing Resistance
B. Special Trophy of Iranian Youth Cinema Society to the Best Animation Work on Resistance
C. Special Trophy of Sahar Universal Network to the Selected Work on Gazan 22-day Resistance
General Regulations
1. The content of all submitted works should be about "Anti-Zionist Resistance". Films that are not related to the topic of program would not be participated in the Festival.
2. The works in the last-year festival are not allowed to participate in this Festival.
3. All the works produced since 2000 are allowed to participate.
4. Producers, companies, and organizations are allowed to take part in this Festival.
5. There is no limitation in number of submitted works.
6. The signatories of the application forms are responsible for all the juridical consequences of the works.
7. Every tape or DVD should contain only one film.
8. The information of the film and its producer should be attached to each film.
9. In order to take part in Festival, applicants should fill in the forms and send it with two photos of the director and two photos of the film scenes to the secretariat of the Festival. The information of the director has to be written on the back of photos.
10. All the films in the competition section would receive a certificate of participation.
11. Films with two or more director and producer could win only one prize.
12. The secretariat is allowed to screen at most 3 minutes of the films in its TV programs as a teaser or for giving information.
13. The secretariat of the Festival is not responsible for the probable problems caused by inappropriate transfer of films.
14. Submitted works would not be retrieved.
15. Signing the application form means the participant has fully accepted the regulations of the festival.
16. The applicants can send or submit their works and filled forms to the secretariat of Festival by the end of working hours on December 21, 2009.
